All players reaching the rank Gold (the equivalent of 100,000 XP) are entitled to have a personal host with whom they will be interacting through Telegram.
Once this rank is reached, a pop-up will appear, and the player will be put in contact with a relevant customer service representative who will then explain what the perks of being a VIP at Housebets are.
If eligible, players will be in contact with a dedicated host who will be able to provide bespoke bonuses according to the player's gameplay.
