What happens if I don't verify my account?

For most players

Housebets does not require verification to register or play. You can deposit and enjoy the platform from day one without submitting any documents.

When verification becomes required

Verification becomes mandatory in these situations:

  • Your cumulative withdrawals exceed our internal threshold

  • You've been specifically asked to verify due to flagged activity

  • Our AML or compliance filters have identified your account for review

What happens if I'm asked to verify but don't?

If verification has been requested and is not completed, we may place a hold on pending withdrawals until the process is finished. Your ability to continue playing may also be restricted. We'll always communicate clearly about what's needed and why.

Can my account be closed for non-compliance?

Yes. In cases where a player refuses to complete required verification, or where submitted documents cannot be verified, we may restrict or close the account in line with our KYC policies and our obligations under our gaming licence.

Note: We don't use verification as a barrier to withdrawals. If you've been asked to verify, it's because it's genuinely required — not as a delaying tactic.
