If you have an outstanding Season 1 claim
Contact support about the claim you already submitted. Include the account you used, any claim reference or confirmation, and the date and details of the activity you believe qualified. If a relevant payment was on-chain, include its transaction hash and network.
Support can check the claim's status and pass the issue to the team reviewing it. A claim awaiting review is not the same as a confirmed credit, and a general announcement does not establish the outcome of an individual claim.
If you have already contacted support, include that conversation or reference when following up so the team can see the earlier information. You do not need to repeat a deposit or qualifying action just to ask for a status update.
Looking ahead to Season 2
Wait for the published announcement before relying on a date, eligibility rule or benefit. Terms from Season 1 do not automatically describe a later season.
