How cashout works—and why it may be unavailable

Cashout is an optional offer to settle an eligible bet early for the amount shown. It is available only when an offer is displayed for your ticket; it is not guaranteed for every bet or throughout an event.

Read the amount carefully

Compare the cashout amount with your original stake and understand whether the displayed figure is the total return. For example, accepting an 8-unit total cashout on a 10-unit stake means receiving 8 units back and making a 2-unit loss. It does not mean receiving 8 units plus your original stake.

That is a calculation example, not a recommendation to accept an offer.

How to check an offer

  1. Open My bets and select the relevant ticket.

  2. Look for a cashout offer, if available.

  3. Review the amount and any confirmation shown before accepting.

  4. After submitting, check the ticket for confirmation of what happened.

An offer can change, disappear or fail to complete while the market changes. Seeing an amount or pressing a button is not enough to assume the bet was cashed out; check the recorded ticket status.

If the offer disappears or fails

Cashout is unavailable during a market suspension and may fail when odds change. If it has not been confirmed, check whether your original ticket remains open. Keep the Ticket ID and contact support if its status is unclear.

Do not rely on cashout as a guaranteed way to avoid a loss. Read the Sportsbook Rules for the applicable conditions, and choose a stake you are comfortable risking before placing a bet.
