Use the recorded status of your ticket to check whether a sports bet has settled. Settlement follows the applicable market rules and official result information; the end of a broadcast is not always the end of the market you selected.
Find the ticket
Open My bets.
Look in open or settled bets, depending on the status.
Open the ticket and copy its Ticket ID.
Review the event, market, selection, accepted odds, stake and recorded return.
For combination bets, check each selection as well as the overall ticket. A return from one part of a system is not the same thing as a profit on the full amount staked.
Understand what you are seeing
Still open: the ticket has not reached its recorded final outcome. Ask support if you cannot tell which result it is waiting for.
Settled: review the result and return shown for that exact market.
Voided or adjusted: check the ticket details and the explanation or notification. Ask which rule applies if it is unclear.
Check the stake and return currency too. A fiat display can be an indicative conversion rather than a separate payment amount.
If something looks wrong
Send support the Ticket ID, event, market, approximate time and your reason for requesting a review. Include a link to the official result when relevant. You do not need to place another wager to request help.
See postponed events for schedule changes and settlement disputes for a result you disagree with. The Sportsbook Rules and applicable sport-specific rules govern the outcome.
