Dispute a sports-bet settlement

Send Housebets support the Ticket ID and explain which part of the settlement you believe is wrong. Include a reliable result source and the outcome you expected under the rules for that market.

Check the ticket first

  1. Open My bets and find the settled ticket.

  2. Copy its Ticket ID.

  3. Check the event, market and exact selection, not just the team or player name.

  4. Compare the ticket with the applicable market rules and the official result.

Two bets on the same match can settle differently. For example, a full-match market and a first-period market are not decided by the same result. Whether extra time, a retirement or an abandoned event affects a bet depends on its rules.

What to send

Use chat or email [email protected] with:

  • Ticket ID and the relevant selection if it is a combination bet.

  • Event name and date.

  • The recorded outcome and the outcome you believe should apply.

  • A link to the official result or other supporting evidence.

  • A screenshot if the display itself looks incorrect.

A useful message is: “Please review Ticket [ID], [market/selection]. It was settled as [status]. I believe [outcome] applies because [rule/result link].”

Ask for an explanation of the settlement rule as well as a review of the amount. An investigation does not itself confirm that the ticket will be changed.

The Sportsbook Rules require settlement disputes to be raised within 14 days of settlement. If the response does not resolve your complaint, follow the Dispute Resolution process.
