Why is my sports bet still open?

An event finishing does not always mean every market on it can be settled immediately. The sportsbook may still need the official result or the information required for your exact selection.

Check these details

  1. Open My bets and find the ticket under your open bets.

  2. Check the event and market. A match result, player-statistic market and tournament outright can finish at different times.

  3. Read the ticket's current status and check whether the event was interrupted or rescheduled.

  4. Keep the Ticket ID ready if you need support.

For a combination bet, review each selection as well as the overall ticket. A completed event on one selection does not necessarily finish the remaining selections.

When to contact support

You can contact support whenever the status is unclear, the recorded event appears wrong or you need the ticket investigated. Include:

  • Ticket ID.

  • Event and exact market.

  • Approximate event finish time and your timezone.

  • The current ticket status.

  • A link to the official result, if available.

There is no need to place a new wager or make another deposit to request a settlement check. Do not treat a pending ticket as a confirmed win or a refund until the recorded status changes.

Support can check the specific ticket; an estimated time should come from that review, rather than a general promise applying to every sport.

If the ticket later settles and you believe the result is wrong, follow My bet was settled incorrectly.
