An event finishing does not always mean every market on it can be settled immediately. The sportsbook may still need the official result or the information required for your exact selection.

Check the event and market. A match result, player-statistic market and tournament outright can finish at different times.
Read the ticket's current status and check whether the event was interrupted or rescheduled.
Keep the Ticket ID ready if you need support.
For a combination bet, review each selection as well as the overall ticket. A completed event on one selection does not necessarily finish the remaining selections.
