The outcome depends on the rules for the sport and the market on your ticket. Do not assume that every postponed event is refunded after the same number of hours.
First, identify what changed
Check whether the event was moved in advance, postponed after its scheduled start, cancelled, or started and then abandoned. These are different situations. Also check whether the market you bet on had already been decided before play stopped.
For example, the treatment of an undecided full-match market may differ from a period or event that was already completed. That example explains why the precise selection matters; it does not decide your ticket.
Check your ticket
Open My bets and locate the affected event.
Copy the Ticket ID and note the exact market and selection.
Review the applicable sport-specific rules through the sportsbook rules information.
Check whether the ticket is still open, has settled or has been voided.
The general Sportsbook Rules explain postponements and abandonments and state that sport-specific rules take priority. An announced new start time on a third-party website is not, by itself, confirmation of how your bet has been treated.
If the status is unclear
Contact Housebets support with the Ticket ID, event, scheduled date, new date if known and the message or status shown. Ask which rule applies to that particular market.
You do not need to place another bet to have the original ticket reviewed. Avoid submitting the same selection again merely because the event has moved: the original ticket may still be open.
