What do void, push, half-win and half-loss mean?

These labels describe different settlement treatments. Check the exact market and ticket: they are not interchangeable with a normal win or loss.

  • Void: the selection is cancelled for settlement under the applicable rules. For a single cash bet, the stake is returned. In an accumulator, the void selection is removed and the remaining selections determine the result.

  • Push: where the market provides for a tie at its line, that part of the stake is returned rather than winning or losing.

  • Half-win or half-loss: a split-line market can divide the stake between two adjacent lines. One half can win or lose while the other is returned.

A split-line example

If a 10-unit stake is split equally and one 5-unit part is void while the other 5-unit part loses, 5 units are returned and the net loss is 5. If the other half wins instead, its return uses its applicable odds, plus the returned 5-unit half.

This explains the labels where those markets are offered; it does not decide a particular handicap or total. Read the market's line, period and rules, including treatment of overtime or an abandoned event.

If the recorded outcome does not match those rules, send support the Ticket ID and selection. The Sportsbook Rules require settlement disputes within 14 days.
