Check the completed round and the currency you were playing in before placing another bet. A win animation alone may not show the final amount recorded for that round.
Check the record
Note the game name, provider and approximate time.
Open the game's round history or your bet history, where available.
Check whether the round is complete and note its bet or round reference.
Compare the recorded stake and return in the currency used for the bet.
Refresh the page once if the visible balance appears stale.
Be careful when comparing a return with profit. If a 10-unit bet shows a 15-unit total return, the profit is 5 units. The 15-unit figure is not an additional 15 units of profit. This is only a calculation example; use the labels and recorded amounts for your actual game.
Also check whether you are viewing a different currency balance or an indicative fiat display. Those views can make a balance comparison confusing without changing the underlying round.
If it still does not match
Send Housebets support the game and provider, round reference, time and timezone, stake, currency, recorded return and screenshots. State whether the round is marked complete, still open or missing from history.
For a live-dealer dispute, the Fairness policy requires the round to be reported within 7 days.
Avoid repeated bets to “test” the balance. A technical or provider investigation may be needed, and there is no universal crediting time for every game.
