Being logged out or losing your connection does not, by itself, cancel a bet that was accepted. Check your bet or round history before trying again. Repeating the action could create a second bet.
Check what happened
Reconnect and sign back in through the official Housebets website.
Open your bet history or the game's round history, where available.
Find the entry using the game name, time, amount and currency.
Review the recorded status and any resulting balance change.
What you see | What to do |
A settled round | Read its recorded outcome and return. |
An open or unfinished round | Reopen the same game once; contact support if its status remains unclear. |
A deducted stake with no clear round record | Ask support to trace the attempt before placing it again. |
No confirmation or matching record | Do not assume the attempt was accepted or refunded; ask support if funds were affected. |
A frozen animation is not a reliable record of the final result. A technical failure may require the provider to review the round, so a disconnection alone does not establish whether a refund is due.
Send support the details
Include the game and provider, round or bet reference, approximate time and timezone, stake and currency, and a screenshot of any error. Explain whether you were logged out, the game froze or your connection dropped.
For a sportsbook ticket, use My bets and copy the Ticket ID. See Bet settlement for that process.
Unfinished free spins or a purchased feature
Whether a feature can be resumed, settles automatically or expires depends on the exact game and provider. Reopen the same game to check for a resume option. If the feature is missing or will not continue, contact support promptly with its round reference and when it began. Do not assume every game saves a feature indefinitely or buy it again to test recovery. See feature-buy guidance.
