Try these checks in order
Capture the problem. Note the game, provider, time and exact message; take a screenshot.
Check your connection. Confirm other ordinary webpages load, then refresh the game once.
Check the scope. Does one game fail, one provider fail, or does the whole casino have a problem?
Try an updated browser. If the issue is local to your browser and no round is in progress, try another supported browser or a fresh session.
Clear Housebets site data if needed. This can sign you out, so first make sure you can complete your usual login and two-factor authentication.
Restricted in your location
Depending on where you are, some providers or individual games may be restricted and will not load at all — this is a licensing restriction, not a technical fault, and refreshing or clearing data will not change it. If the message mentions your country or region, or a game that used to work has disappeared from the lobby, see Why is a particular game unavailable?.
Do not disable account security or bypass location restrictions to make a game open. A message about your country or account is different from a blank loading screen; the article above helps separate them.
Still stuck?
Contact Housebets support with the game and provider, browser and device, approximate time and timezone, error screenshot and the checks you tried. Say whether other games work.
If a stake was deducted or a round stopped midway, include its reference and currency. Support may need to trace that round with the provider before confirming what happened. Do not assume a new launch will cancel or replace an earlier accepted bet.
