Check the full cost

Before confirming, read the displayed purchase price in your selected currency. A feature purchase can cost much more than the ordinary spin stake. Check whether changing the stake also changes that purchase price.

A purchased feature is not a guaranteed profit. It is also different from a Housebets promotional bonus: buying a game feature does not, by itself, mean you have received an account reward.

Read the feature’s rules

Open the game’s own Help, Rules or information panel. Check what the purchase starts, any feature options, payout limits and the applicable game rules. Do not assume another game with a similar name has the same feature or cost.

Only use an option actually offered in your game. If the control is absent, support must check that exact game and account; another player’s screenshot does not establish availability for you.

If something looks wrong

Stop further purchases and record the game, provider, currency, time and round ID. Explain whether the issue concerns the displayed cost, feature starting, or the result. See find a game’s rules and game stake and win limits.
