Casino limits belong to the exact game, provider and mode you are playing. Housebets' Game Providers policy does not set one universal platform maximum win for every casino game.
Before placing a bet
Open the game's rules, paytable or information panel. Check:
Minimum and maximum stake, including the currency and any coin or line settings.
Whether a mode, feature or bonus purchase changes the amount at risk.
Any maximum payout or maximum-win multiplier and the stake it applies to.
How the rules treat an interrupted feature or a result exceeding a stated cap.
Do not use limits from a similarly named game or another casino. Providers can offer different versions or settings, and the amount shown on the game's own stake control is part of the check.
A multiplier is not a guaranteed return
A maximum-win multiplier describes a possible outcome under that game's rules. It does not predict what your bet will return or mean that increasing a stake makes a win more likely.
If a limit or payout appears inconsistent, save the game name, provider, mode, currency and round reference. Ask support to check the exact version and rule before placing another bet. For live-dealer disputes, report the relevant round within the seven-day deadline in the Fairness policy.
