Open Transactions from your profile and choose the casino-bet history to find the recorded bet. A bet or round reference lets support investigate the exact result; a game name and amount alone may match many rounds.
Find the right record
Check the game, date, approximate time and currency.
Open the matching bet details and copy the available bet or round reference.
Note the recorded stake, return and status.
If the game has its own round history, keep that provider reference too.
Some older navigation calls the casino tab Bets. A sportsbook Ticket ID and a blockchain TXID identify different records and should not replace a casino round ID.
If the round is missing
Tell support the game and provider, when you played, the currency and whether a stake was deducted. Explain whether you disconnected, saw an error or completed a feature. Do not place another bet to test whether the old round will appear.
For a Tequity Original, keep the provider round reference and use the fairness information supplied by the game. Tequity provides the verification system. Game fairness data is not a wallet recovery phrase.
Report a disputed live-dealer round promptly: the Fairness policy specifies a seven-day reporting deadline.
