Open My bets in the sportsbook, select the ticket and copy its Ticket ID. The accepted ticket is the record to use when checking odds, stake, settlement or cashout.
Check the ticket details
Look at the event, market and selection together. A team name alone does not identify whether you backed a match result, handicap, total or a particular period.
Record the accepted odds, stake, currency and current status. The odds displayed on a live market now may be different from the odds accepted for your ticket earlier. For combination bets, check each selection and the total ticket stake.
If you cannot find it
Check both open and settled bets and the relevant date. If you pressed place bet but did not receive confirmation, do not assume acceptance or submit another copy immediately. Ask support to check using the event, market, stake, time and any error shown.
For a settlement review, send the Ticket ID and explain exactly what you believe is wrong. Add the official result or relevant rule where available.
A casino round ID or payment transaction hash is a different reference. Keep the ticket reference in follow-ups so the same sports bet can be traced throughout the conversation.
