Check whether a ticket was actually accepted before placing the same bet again. A betslip shows a proposed bet; the accepted ticket is the record of what was placed.
If the odds changed
Review the updated price and total stake before deciding whether to submit. Live markets can move or suspend during an event. The earlier price on screen does not establish the odds of an accepted ticket.
If the bet was rejected
Read the exact message. Check the selection, available stake range, selected currency and balance. A market may no longer accept the proposed combination or amount. Do not keep changing values just to force a rejected request through.
If the page stopped responding
Open My bets and check for the event and approximate submission time. Look at both the ticket and balance history before assuming the bet failed. A delay in the display does not prove there was no accepted wager.
If you cannot establish the result, contact support with the event, market, selection, amount, currency, time and error. Include a Ticket ID if one appeared.
The Sportsbook Rules govern acceptance and settlement. A support enquiry does not itself cancel a bet, restore an earlier price or guarantee a particular outcome.
