Why do my crypto balance and dollar display differ?

Your selected wallet balance, displayed fiat equivalent and available withdrawal amount are different views. Changing the display currency does not convert your cryptocurrency.

What each figure means

  • Selected currency: the balance you have chosen to view or use.

  • Fiat display: an indicative conversion of that balance into the display currency. The equivalent can change as exchange rates move.

  • Playable or available balance: the amount the relevant game or wallet flow permits you to use.

  • Withdrawable balance: the amount currently available for withdrawal after the applicable account and balance requirements.

For example, changing a BTC display from USD to EUR does not sell the BTC or create a EUR deposit. Selecting a different coin in the wallet opens that coin's separate balance; Housebets does not provide an in-account crypto swap.

When comparing a transaction

Check the original coin amount, the transaction's time and the currency used for the bet or payment. Do not compare today's converted balance with a historic converted payment as though the exchange rate were unchanged.

Reward-claim currency is a separate preference from wallet selection and display currency. Review the currency in the actual claim flow.

If a figure looks incorrect, tell support which screen, currency and transaction you are comparing. Use the withdrawable figure for a withdrawal question; a cash-balance label alone does not establish withdrawal eligibility.
