Housebets does not support swapping one cryptocurrency for another inside your account. Each cryptocurrency has a separate balance: a Bitcoin balance cannot be directly converted into Ethereum, USDT or another coin on Housebets.
Why changing the selected currency does not convert funds
Choosing another currency in the wallet changes which balance you are viewing or using. It does not move value between your cryptocurrency balances. Depositing one coin and asking to withdraw it as a different coin is not an in-site conversion route.
If you cannot find a swap or convert button, that is expected behaviour under the current product design.
If you choose to use a different cryptocurrency
Conversion takes place outside Housebets:
Withdraw the cryptocurrency you hold to a wallet or service that supports that coin and network, subject to your account's withdrawal requirements.
Use an external service to make the conversion, under that service's own terms and fees.
If you choose to deposit the new coin, open Housebets' deposit flow and use the address and network shown for that currency.
Check the coin and network at each step. A destination supporting a coin does not establish support for every network on which that coin can be sent. Housebets support cannot turn an unsupported deposit into an automatic currency swap.
If a payment goes wrong
Contact support with the transaction hash or withdrawal reference, coin, network, amount and timestamp. Explain which step you were completing and what you expected to happen. Keep any external service's transaction record available as well.
There is no need to send a second payment to test a missing deposit. Have the first transaction checked before making another transfer.
