You can deposit and withdraw BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, BNB, TRX, LTC, DOGE, POL, SHIB and XRP. Networks: ETH on Ethereum, Arbitrum One and Base · USDT on Tron, BSC, Ethereum, Polygon, Solana and Arbitrum · USDC on BSC, Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, Arbitrum and Base · SHIB on BSC and Ethereum · XRP on the XRP Ledger. Deposits are credited after 1 network confirmation (Arbitrum One and Base: 12). Open Wallet → Deposit to see the exact options and minimum for your coin.
A token name does not identify its network. USDT or USDC can exist on several chains, and support for a coin does not mean every chain is accepted. Use the exact network shown for your selected deposit address.
XRP requires a destination tag. The deposit screen shows both the address and the tag — copy both into your sending wallet or exchange, or the transfer may not be credited. See Do I need a memo or destination tag for a crypto transfer?.

Open Wallet → Withdraw and select the coin to see the networks you can withdraw on.

Before sending
Check the coin, network, minimum and address in the current wallet flow, and make sure the sending service supports that same combination. Use a wallet or payment account you own and control, as required by the payment policy.
House Keys and bonus-unit balances are not deposit currencies. If you cannot see the coin or network you want, ask support in chat before sending — never send to a similar-looking network.
A few useful terms
Currency / asset: the coin or token you are sending.
Network / chain: the route on which that asset is transferred. Both sides must support the same route.
Address: the receiving destination; include a required memo or tag as well (XRP always needs one).
TXID: the blockchain transaction reference, different from an internal request ID.
