How to withdraw crypto to your wallet or exchange

Open the receiving wallet or exchange first and find its deposit instructions for the exact coin and network you want to receive. Then sign in to Housebets and open Wallet → Withdraw.

Choose the receiving details

  1. Select crypto if the wallet offers a payment-method chooser.

  2. Select the currency and an available network matching the receiving service’s instructions.

  3. Enter its address and any required destination tag or reference. If the receiver requires a field the Housebets form does not offer, stop and ask support.

  4. Enter the amount. Check the withdrawable amount, any minimum/maximum, the fee and the amount to be received where shown. Check the receiving service’s minimum too.

  5. Review the details and submit in the official form. Complete any requested verification or 2FA there.

Your total wallet balance can differ from the amount available to withdraw. Changing the displayed currency does not convert one coin into another. See currency settings.

If the request is blocked

Withdrawals require completed KYC under the payment policy. Open Verification and follow any request.

For another message, check why funds are unavailable. Do not place more bets to troubleshoot; ask support to explain the exact requirement, especially if you want to stop gambling.

Check what happened

Open transaction history and save the withdrawal reference. A submitted request, a blockchain transfer and credit in the receiving exchange are separate stages. Check the existing record before retrying an uncertain submission.

For a delay, use withdrawal tracking. Confirmed blockchain transfers cannot simply be recalled if the destination was wrong.
