My deposit has not appeared

A missing deposit can be waiting with the sending service, waiting for network confirmation, or awaiting an account-level check. Start with the exact transfer rather than sending it again.

A missing deposit can be waiting with the sending service, waiting for network confirmation, or awaiting an account-level check. Start with the exact transfer rather than sending it again.

Check it in this order

  1. Sending wallet or exchange: open the transfer and read its status. If it has not been sent to the network, ask that service about its processing state.

  2. Blockchain record: if a TXID is available, open its explorer link for the network used. Check whether the transaction is confirmed, pending or failed.

  3. Deposit details: compare the coin, network, destination and amount with the instructions on your Housebets deposit screen, including its minimum.

  4. Housebets history: check whether the matching deposit is recorded and what status is shown.

A confirmation on the blockchain and a credit in your Housebets balance are separate things. A confirmed transfer is useful evidence for support, but it does not tell you the account ledger result by itself.

Send support one complete set of details

  • Transaction hash or explorer link

  • Coin and network

  • Amount and approximate time sent

  • Sending-service status and the Housebets status, if any

  • A short explanation of any mismatch you found

If the coin or network was wrong, say that clearly. The team can assess the transaction without asking you to repeat the transfer.

Do not post account information in community chat. Contact Housebets support or email [email protected], and never send a seed phrase, private key, password or 2FA code. A request for those secrets is not part of checking a deposit.
