A transaction hash, also called a TXID, identifies a transaction on a blockchain. It helps support find the exact transfer you are asking about. It is different from your wallet address or an internal Housebets payment reference.
Find it in your wallet or exchange
Open the wallet or exchange you used to send the deposit, or receive the withdrawal.
Go to Activity, History, Transfers or the equivalent transaction list.
Select the transfer with the matching coin, amount and time.
Look for Transaction ID, Hash, TXID or View on explorer. Copy the complete value or explorer link.
In MetaMask, open the transaction from token activity or the Activity tab, then use the copy control beside Transaction ID. Its official guide shows the desktop and mobile steps.
No hash is shown
The sending service may still be processing the withdrawal before it reaches the network. Check its displayed status and help information. Do not replace a missing hash with your wallet address: they identify different things.
For a Housebets withdrawal, start with the reference in your transaction history if a blockchain hash is not yet available.
What to send support
Provide the TXID or explorer link, coin, network, amount and approximate transfer time. Explain whether it was a deposit or withdrawal. You can copy the hash as text; a cropped screenshot alone may hide information needed to investigate.
Never share your seed phrase, private key, password or authentication codes. A transaction lookup does not require any of them.
