Most withdrawals are processed automatically, usually straight away. If a withdrawal needs an extra security review, that check helps protect your funds from fraudulent or unauthorised activity. It does not mean you have done anything wrong.

Processing is separate from arrival: the blockchain and your receiving wallet or exchange may still need time to confirm and credit the transfer.

Why might a withdrawal take a little longer?

  • A security check: our risk engine can flag a request for review to help keep player funds safe.

  • A very large withdrawal: some large VIP withdrawals need manual approval or a top-up of the payout hot wallet—the wallet used to send withdrawals.

  • Network or receiving-wallet processing: once sent, your transfer may need blockchain confirmations or additional processing by your receiving exchange.

These are possible reasons, not a diagnosis of your particular withdrawal. If you would like an update, our support team can check its status and help you understand the next step.

Where can I check progress?

Open your transaction history and select the withdrawal. If a TXID is available, follow this guide to finding and checking it. Read the status and any timing information shown for your selected withdrawal method.

If there is no TXID yet, the withdrawal reference lets support locate your request. A missing hash alone does not explain the reason for a wait.

If you need an update

Contact Housebets support with the withdrawal reference or TXID, currency, network, amount and request time. Include the status shown in Housebets and in the receiving wallet. We’ll check where your withdrawal is in the process and whether anything is needed from you.

For a request marked pending or on hold, see withdrawal status and next steps. For the steps before submitting, see how to withdraw crypto. Never share your wallet recovery phrase, password or authentication codes.
