If a deposit appears to have returned to your sending wallet, check that transfer’s final status before attempting another payment. A failed or cancelled request, a pending transfer and a separate return transaction are different situations.

Check the sending service first

  1. Open the wallet or exchange you used and select the original transfer.

  2. Read the status and any explanation shown there.

  3. Check whether the amount is actually available again or only shown in a pending entry.

  4. Look for a transaction hash or a separate return entry and save the reference.

Do not assume that every delay means funds were returned. The sender’s status and, where available, the blockchain record help identify what happened.

Before another attempt

If the sending service confirms the original request failed or was cancelled and the funds are available, review your Housebets deposit details again. Match the coin, network and destination, and check the minimum shown on the deposit screen. Follow the sending service’s explanation if it rejected the original request.

If the transfer is still pending, or the records are unclear, ask for help before submitting a duplicate. Do not manually change network fees or repeat payments solely because someone in chat suggests it will make the first deposit appear.

What support needs

Send your username, coin, network, amount, time, original reference and any return reference. Explain the wording you see in the sending service and whether Housebets shows a deposit entry.

Contact official Housebets support or [email protected]. Never send wallet secrets or authentication codes, and do not assume a return is complete until the relevant record confirms it.
