Transaction history is the place to find a specific deposit, withdrawal or reward entry and its current recorded status. Use the matching entry when you contact support so the team can investigate the right transaction.
Find an entry
Open your Housebets wallet and go to History or the transaction-history view.
Select the relevant transaction type and date range where filters are available.
Check the coin, amount and time against the payment or reward you are asking about.
Open the entry and copy its reference and status.
If you have similar amounts on the same day, use the reference rather than the amount alone to distinguish them.
Understand the references
Housebets reference: identifies the request or ledger entry within the platform.
Blockchain hash/TXID: identifies a transfer on the selected network, when one is available.
Wallet address: identifies a sending or receiving address; it is not the transaction ID.
A status needs checking
A pending entry needs its own status review; it does not establish a final failure. For a completed withdrawal, check the TXID and the receiving service if available. For a rejected or failed entry, read its message and check the account balance rather than assuming how funds were handled.
If the status and balance appear inconsistent, contact support with the reference and the exact figures shown. Do not repeat a payment or withdrawal to test whether the history will update.
History is also different from betting profit-and-loss statistics. Deposits and withdrawals describe money movement; they do not by themselves calculate your gambling result. Ask support for the appropriate statistics view if that is what you need.
