I sent the wrong coin or used the wrong network

Contact support if you sent a deposit using a different network from the one selected on Housebets, or sent an unsupported coin. Recovery depends on the specific transaction and is not guaranteed.

Stop and collect the details

  1. Open the transfer in the sending wallet or exchange.

  2. Copy the transaction hash or explorer link, if available.

  3. Note the coin, network, amount, destination address and approximate time sent.

  4. Compare those details with the Housebets deposit instructions you intended to use.

Do not send another payment to the same address to “unlock” the first one. Do not pay a person in community chat who claims they can retrieve it.

Why the network matters

The same token name can be used on several networks. The route supported by Housebets and the route chosen in the sending service must match. A similar address format does not prove that a transfer is supported or recoverable.

If the sending service has not yet broadcast the transfer, ask that service about its available options. If it has been confirmed on-chain, do not assume it can be reversed through a Housebets chat request.

Ask for a transaction review

Send the details to Housebets support or [email protected] and explain exactly what was mismatched. The team can assess what is possible and tell you the next step for that transfer. A support investigation is not a promise of recovery or a fixed completion time.

Never provide a wallet seed phrase, private key, password or 2FA code. Support can begin an assessment from transaction details; wallet secrets are not a recovery requirement.
