I lost access to my email or linked sign-in method

Contact Housebets support about recovering your existing account. Losing an email inbox, linked provider or wallet sign-in does not require you to create another Housebets account.

Identify what you can still access

Explain which method you originally used and what has stopped working: the email inbox, provider login, wallet connection, password or authenticator. Tell support whether you remain signed in on another device. If you are, avoid signing out or changing security settings blindly before understanding the recovery steps.

For an email-and-password account with access to its inbox, use the password-reset option. A reset email does not recover a lost email inbox or automatically change a linked-provider sign-in into a password account.

Ask for the correct recovery route

Use chat on Housebets or email [email protected]. Give your username and describe the access problem. If you cannot email from the registered address, state that clearly.

The team needs to establish ownership before changing access. Describe what information you have, then use the approved process they provide; do not send identity documents, passwords or recovery codes unsolicited.

A wallet seed phrase or private key is never a support credential. If someone offers recovery in exchange for one, stop and contact Housebets through the site yourself.
