Once you can sign in, the process is in Profile → Settings → Responsible Gaming: Take a Break applies a 24-hour cooling-off period; when it expires, return to the same screen and choose self-exclusion for 1 week, 1 month, 6 months or permanently — see How to take a break or self-exclude.
If you cannot sign in, or need help at any step, email [email protected] and state clearly: “I need help self-excluding from Housebets.” The team will apply the exclusion for you. You can also use the official support chat if it is accessible. You do not need to recover gambling access first.
What to include
Give your Housebets username and, where possible, write from the email linked to your account. Say that you cannot sign in and which exclusion period you want (1 week, 1 month, 6 months or permanent). Do not send a password, authenticator code, wallet recovery phrase or identity document in the initial message; if an ownership check is needed, follow the process the team provides.
Ask for confirmation
Make clear that you want action to stop gambling, not only information about the policy, and ask the team to confirm when the restriction is applied. If a payment or reward question is also open, keep it separate — you do not need to resolve it before requesting exclusion.
The Self-Exclusion policy is available without signing in. The Responsible Gambling policy also lists independent support and blocking tools you can use immediately.
