What happens to my balance if I self-exclude?

You can request self-exclusion before resolving a remaining balance. Under the Self-Exclusion policy, support can help with withdrawing remaining funds separately from gambling access.

If you want your balance out, withdraw it before you self-exclude — it takes a minute. If you have already excluded, your money is not lost: under the Self-Exclusion policy you can withdraw any remaining balance by contacting support, without restoring gambling access.

Separate the two requests

First make clear that you want to stop gambling and ask for confirmation of the restriction. Then tell support that you need help with the balance or an existing withdrawal.

Include the currency and any withdrawal reference. If you cannot sign in to view the amount, say so; do not try to bypass the exclusion to reach the wallet.

A displayed balance may include different amounts

Cash, bonus funds and the amount you can withdraw right now can differ: a deposit must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn, and bonus funds have their own playthrough. The withdrawable figure is shown in your wallet. If part of your balance is locked and you do not want to play any more, tell support — the team will explain what applies to your account. A pending withdrawal is not completed by closing the account; check it has gone through first.

Use official Housebets support or [email protected]. A request to withdraw remaining funds is not a request to restore gambling access, and a payment enquiry should not delay your request for exclusion.
