Both tools are in your account: Profile → Settings → Responsible Gaming. If you cannot sign in, e-mail [email protected] from your registered address and say you need help self-excluding — see I cannot sign in but need self-exclusion.
Step 1: Take a Break (24 hours)
The first option on the Responsible Gaming screen is Take a Break. It applies a 24-hour cooling-off period, during which you cannot play.
Open Profile → Settings → Responsible Gaming.
Choose Take a Break and confirm. The 24-hour period starts immediately.
Step 2: Self-exclusion
When the 24-hour break expires, return to the same screen. You can then choose one of four self-exclusion options: 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed or shortened for any reason once it is active. Under the Self-Exclusion policy:
your account is blocked for the full duration you selected;
you are removed from all marketing communications immediately;
you may withdraw any remaining balance by contacting support;
any new account you open during the exclusion is detected and closed, and winnings from it may be retained.
Exclusions with a set period do not reactivate automatically — they are subject to an internal review. A permanent exclusion stays closed.
Support is happy to help along the way: if you get stuck at any step, or would rather the team applied the break or exclusion for you, e-mail [email protected] from your registered address.
Before you activate
If you want your balance out, withdraw it first. If you have already excluded, support can still help you withdraw any remaining funds — see What happens to my balance if I self-exclude?. You do not need to finish a bonus, deposit or place another bet before stopping.
Deposit, loss and wager limits
Deposit, loss and wager limits are not available for you to set yourself at the moment. Support can set them for you on request: e-mail [email protected] with the limit you want (deposit, loss or wager), the amount and the period (daily, weekly or monthly), and the team applies it to your account — see Where can I find gambling limits and account controls?.
For independent help, the Responsible Gambling policy lists support organisations and blocking tools such as BetBlocker and GamBlock.
