These are different requests. If the reason you want to close your account is to stop gambling, tell support that clearly and ask about self-exclusion, rather than relying on an ordinary closure request to provide the same restriction.

Account closure

Contact support about closing the existing account and any remaining balance. Ask for confirmation of the action completed. Do not assume a message requesting closure also completes a withdrawal or cancels every outstanding transaction.

Self-exclusion

Self-exclusion restricts gambling access for the applicable scope and period. It cannot be shortened while active, and a fixed period ending does not automatically restore access. The Self-Exclusion policy explains the treatment of remaining funds and reactivation.

Personal-data requests

Closing an account does not necessarily delete every record. The Privacy Policy describes access, correction, deletion and other rights, together with legal retention obligations.

For a data request, email [email protected] and explain what you are asking to access, correct or delete. Follow any approved identity-check process; do not attach extra sensitive documents unsolicited.

If you need both exclusion and a privacy response, make both requests explicit. The privacy enquiry should not delay asking for help to stop gambling.
