Can I shorten an exclusion or return when it ends?

An active self-exclusion cannot be shortened or reversed during the selected period. Do not use a new account, another person's account or a different connection to get around it.

When a fixed period ends

The Self-Exclusion policy requires a review before reactivation. The expiry date is therefore not a promise that sign-in or gambling access will return automatically.

If you want information about the recorded restriction or the next step, contact support. Ask which type of exclusion is on your account and follow the applicable review process. A general chat response should not be treated as approval to resume play.

If the recorded restriction is permanent or indefinite, ask support to explain the applicable policy and recorded status. Do not assume that a review provision guarantees reopening.

If your question is about money

You can ask support about a remaining balance without reopening gambling access. Include an existing withdrawal reference if relevant and explain that the request concerns funds, not reactivation.

If returning to gambling is causing concern, use the independent help and blocking tools listed in the Responsible Gambling policy. You do not need to make a decision about reopening to request help.
