Help us find the right record

Start with what you were trying to do, what happened instead and when it happened. Include your Housebets username when emailing us. The most useful details depend on the issue:

  • A deposit or withdrawal: coin, network, amount, approximate time and transaction hash or withdrawal reference.

  • A casino bet: game and provider, bet or round reference, and the amount or result you want checked.

  • A sports bet: bet reference, event and market, plus the settlement you are asking about.

  • A reward: reward type, the period it relates to and what your Rewards page shows.

A screenshot of an error can help. Leave out passwords, two-factor authentication codes, wallet private keys and recovery phrases.

When you need a person

Ask for the support team in the same chat and explain what still needs reviewing. The automated assistant can help with information, but a general answer does not confirm that an account action has been completed or that a teammate has been assigned. Use the confirmation you actually receive in the conversation, rather than assuming a handover has happened.

If you come back about the same issue, just say so — we keep the earlier conversation and will not ask you to repeat it.

If the issue remains unresolved

Our complaints procedure explains the formal complaint form, the information to include and the published handling timelines. These are the timelines for formal complaints; they are separate from ordinary chat replies.

If you need to stop gambling, open Profile → Settings → Responsible Gaming when signed in, or tell support that you need self-exclusion assistance. The self-exclusion policy is available without signing in. You do not need to resolve a payment or reward question first.
