Some transfer routes use an extra memo, destination tag or reference as well as the address. Only use the fields and instructions required for your exact coin, network and receiving service; this does not mean every Housebets currency uses a tag.

Open the current Housebets deposit screen. If it supplies a required reference, copy it exactly into the matching field in your sending wallet or exchange, along with the address. A matching address alone may not be enough to identify the intended account.

Do not invent a reference or copy one from another account. If the sending service cannot supply the required field, stop and ask for guidance before sending.

Check that service’s deposit instructions. If it requires a tag, include it in the Housebets withdrawal form where supported. If the required field is not available for the selected route, ask support before confirming.

Keep the TXID, coin, network, time and the reference that should have been used. Contact the receiving service: Housebets support for an incoming Housebets deposit, or the receiving exchange/wallet for an outgoing transfer. Housebets can help with its own withdrawal record.

Do not send another payment to try to repair it. Recovery depends on the actual transfer and receiving service and is not guaranteed.
