VIP Reload: daily rewards, streaks and surprise boosts

Available from account creation. Learn how daily claims, growing streaks and surprise boosts work—and what happens if you miss a day.

Your VIP Reload is available as soon as you create your Housebets account. Head to Rewards to find your first claim and start your seven-day Reload.

There are two ways your daily claims can grow: streaks reward consecutive daily claims, while boosts can increase your active Reload based on your recent eligible play.

Your first Reload starts from account creation

Once you’ve created your account, open Rewards and check your VIP Reload card. It shows your available claim and the countdown to your next one.

Each daily reward has its own 24-hour claim window. Claim all seven days in a row to collect the full amount available for that week.

Your Reload is personalised, so your amounts may differ from another player’s and change between weeks.

🔥 Streaks: each consecutive claim takes you higher

Claim on consecutive days and your daily reward moves up a step. With a full seven-day streak, your final daily claim is three times your first, before any extra boosts.

Missed a day? Your progress doesn’t reset to the beginning. You lose the missed reward, but keep the reward step you reached. Your next claim resumes at that step, and claiming again the following day starts the climb again.

For example, if your last claim was $10 and you miss a day, your next claim stays at $10 unless a separate boost applies.

🚀 Boosts: an extra lift for your active Reload

A boost is an extra increase to your active Reload, based on your recent eligible play and reward eligibility.

Boosts are checked when you claim, starting from the second daily instalment. If you qualify, you’ll see a “Day boosted!” message showing the extra amount.

  • Increases the claim you’re collecting and raises the remaining reward amounts.

  • Keeps your existing streak progress.

  • Keeps the same end date for your Reload.

  • Can happen more than once during a week, subject to eligibility.

A streak increase and a boost can happen on the same claim. Your streak moves you up the reward steps; a boost makes those steps worth more.

Boosts aren’t guaranteed with every claim or play session. They are limited to one per day and aren’t applied on Thursdays or the first day of the month, using UTC.

A few simple ways to make the most of it

  • Follow the countdown. Each reward has a claim deadline—unclaimed daily rewards don’t stack up.

  • Claim on consecutive days. This lets you progress through all seven reward steps.

  • Come back even if you miss a day. You keep the step you reached for the remainder of that Reload.

  • Check your card after a boost. Your upcoming claim amounts may have increased.

  • Play within your usual budget. Extra play doesn’t guarantee a boost, so don’t chase one.

Your VIP Reload questions, answered

When do I get my first VIP Reload?

Immediately from account creation. Open Rewards after signing up to see your first VIP Reload and its claim countdown.

Do I need to place a bet to build my streak?

Your streak advances by claiming on consecutive days. Your play and eligibility separately affect your Reload amount and whether you qualify for a boost.

Will a boost restart my seven days?

No. It increases your active Reload while keeping your progress and original end date.

Can I collect a missed reward later?

No. Once that daily claim window closes, the missed reward expires. You can still claim the remaining days.

Why does my weekly amount say “up to”?

The full weekly amount depends on claiming all seven days consecutively. Missing a day means collecting less.

Why didn’t I get a boost?

Boosts depend on a fresh eligibility assessment and a sufficient increase in your personalised Reload amount. Playing or claiming alone doesn’t guarantee one. You can still receive your normal claim and any earned streak increase.

Where can I check my next claim?

Open your VIP Reload card in Rewards to see your available reward and countdown.
