When is the monthly bonus available?

When an eligible level-up award appears as claimable, open Rewards and claim it there. Your VIP level, award definition and actual claim are separate records.

How do I claim a level-up reward?

House Keys are a programme balance shown in Rewards. They are separate from VIP XP, a claimable cash reward and your withdrawable wallet balance.

What are House Keys?

Open the leaderboard, select weekly or monthly and read the score label for that period. Current competitions use XP; older completed periods can use amount wagered.

How do weekly and monthly leaderboards work?

The current weekly reload period closes on Thursday at 00:00 UTC. Open Rewards to check your weekly period, eligibility and the reward available after calculation.

When is the weekly reload available?

Use the Rewards Slider on Rewards to choose the balance between rakeback and lossback. Weekly and Monthly have separate saved settings. You can choose a different balance for each.
