Descriptions of future tokens or other benefits do not mean you currently own transferable tokens, company equity or cash. Any future conversion depends on its announced terms and applicable eligibility; there is no guaranteed cash value or launch date to infer from a Keys count.

If the count looks wrong
Contact support with the Keys amount you see, the relevant game or bet reference and the approximate time. Keep the question about the recorded programme balance, rather than an estimated future monetary value.
Keys are not a supported deposit currency and cannot be treated as part of a current cash-withdrawal total. You do not need to continue gambling in anticipation of a future programme benefit.
