Do not send funds to an unofficial service claiming it can convert, trade or unlock your Keys. Verify an announcement through Housebets itself rather than a copied logo or direct message.
If the count looks wrong
Contact support with the Keys amount you see, the relevant game or bet reference and the approximate time. Keep the question about the recorded program balance, rather than an estimated future monetary value.
Keys are not a supported deposit currency and cannot be treated as part of a current cash-withdrawal total. You do not need to continue gambling in anticipation of a future program benefit.
