Open Rewards to see your current XP, VIP level and the next milestone. The tier ladder is cumulative: the next threshold is a total XP target, not an amount of cash to deposit.
The ordinary tier families
Housebets progresses from Rookie through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Pearl, Onyx, Diamond, Palladium and Castle. Most families have five levels; Castle has three.
Examples of current total-XP thresholds are:

Use the full ladder on Rewards for the level you are checking. Special account arrangements are separate from this ordinary progression; another player's arrangement is not a promised upgrade for your account.
Level, reward and access are different checks
A level-up reward must be claimed when it appears as claimable. A weekly or monthly programme can have its own eligibility rule. The displayed unlock message explains the current requirement for that programme.
If your level seems inconsistent with your recorded XP, contact support with the level and XP shown. Do not estimate your level from total deposits, a recent payout or another casino's status.
