XP measures your progress through Housebets VIP levels. It is separate from your cash balance, reward amount and betting profit. Open Rewards to check your recorded XP and next-level progress.
The 1% house-edge baseline
Housebets uses a 1% house-edge baseline for XP. At that baseline, a $1 qualifying wager corresponds to 1 XP. The baseline calculation is:
USD wager value × (house edge ÷ 1%).
For example, a $100 wager at a 1% house edge gives 100 baseline XP; at 2%, it gives 200 baseline XP. These illustrate the baseline only. Applicable game contribution rules, adjustments and the recorded bet determine the actual credit. Do not take an RTP from another casino or use a provider-wide average for a named game.
Progress and level-up rewards
Your accumulated XP determines progress through the published tier ladder. Reaching a level and claiming its reward are separate steps. Depositing funds or changing the displayed currency does not itself earn XP.
If a credit looks wrong, keep the game, provider, bet reference, currency, wager amount and time. Tell support what XP change you expected and what was recorded so the exact bet can be checked.
Higher XP contribution does not make a game safer or guarantee profit. You do not need to increase your stake to ask about missing progress.
