VIP levels & benefits

Read your VIP progress, understand milestone benefits and separate levels from on-chain offers.

Your level is a progress marker

Your Housebets VIP level reflects earned progression. Your account is the place to check the current level, XP, upcoming qualifying milestone and the benefits confirmed for you.

A VIP level, an on-chain qualification level and a personal promotional offer are different things. They can affect your rewards in different ways, so it helps to keep them separate.

What each part of your account means

Item

What it tells you

Earned VIP level

The progression milestone recorded for your account

XP and progress

How progress is measured towards the next qualifying level

Level-up Reward

The cash award and claim status at a qualifying milestone

Applicable reward benefits

The settings and conditions currently attached to your account

Personal offers

Separately confirmed promotions with their own terms

An upcoming benefit is not the same as a reward already available to claim. Check the status alongside the amount.

How reward mode affects your progress

In 50% Rakeback Mode, eligible play earns half the normal XP. That halves level-up progression speed, while the cash award at a qualifying milestone stays unchanged.

In Hubie Rewards, normal applicable progression rules apply. Previously earned XP remains when you switch modes; the mode recorded for the relevant play determines its treatment.

How on-chain offers fit in

An eligible on-chain offer can replace your standard Cashback rate with the offered override. The rates do not add together, and on-chain qualification does not automatically become your earned Housebets VIP level.

For example, seeing an on-chain offer label beside a Cashback benefit does not, by itself, mean your XP level has changed. Check the earned level and the promotional offer separately.

What is not guaranteed by a level?

A personal reload offer is a discretionary personal offer. Reaching a level does not guarantee that one has been issued.

Rewards also use different calculations and schedules. A combined Hubie rewards figure is not one percentage paid on every wager or loss, and it should not be used to calculate every individual reward.

If a benefit appears to be missing

Check your earned level, selected reward mode, the specific reward’s eligibility and any confirmed personal offer. For an on-chain Cashback question, have both the offer and effective Cashback settings reviewed.

If a milestone or claim still looks wrong, ask for that record to be checked. Being close to the next level is not a reason you need to continue playing.

Instant Rakeback and Level-up Rewards in 50% mode

You continue to earn Instant Rakeback and Level-up Rewards in 50% Rakeback Mode. Level-up progression runs at half the normal speed (½×): the same eligible play earns half the XP it would in normal Hubie Rewards mode. That means twice as much equivalent eligible play to make the same level-up progress. The cash award at a qualifying milestone stays unchanged.

Does 50% Rakeback Mode freeze pending rewards?

Switching to 50% Rakeback Mode does not freeze or cancel rewards you have already earned. Anything already available remains claimable. Pending rewards and accepted reload payments continue to become claimable on their existing schedules, under their original terms and claim windows. You do not need to switch back to claim them. New play in this mode simply does not add to those other rewards.
