What is Instant Rakeback?
Instant Rakeback is a reward from eligible settled play. Its calculation uses eligible theoretical house edge and the applicable reward settings. It is not calculated as a refund of your deposit or simply as a share of your session’s losses.
“Instant” does not mean every bet has already produced a completed credit. Settlement, eligibility and the recorded claim status still matter.

Your mode changes the calculation
In 50% Rakeback Mode, Rakeback follows the 50% eligible theoretical house-edge rule. Level-up progression runs at half the normal speed, while milestone cash awards remain unchanged.
In Hubie Rewards, Instant Rakeback follows the applicable Hubie reward settings and sits alongside the other eligible rewards in that programme.
Why might the amount look different from what I expected?
“I deposited, but I do not see Rakeback.”
A deposit alone is not eligible settled play. Rakeback and deposit-based promotional offers are different things.
“I lost more than this.”
Rakeback is based on eligible theoretical house edge, not a refund of actual losses. Cashback is a separate reward with separate rules.
“I placed the bet, but the reward is not available.”
Check settlement and eligibility first. An unsettled result or a displayed estimate is not a confirmed claimable amount. If the result has settled and the record still seems wrong, have the activity and reward reviewed.
“I clicked claim. Has it been paid?”
Check the confirmed result in your account. A button click or a chat message alone does not establish that a credit completed.
What helps when asking about a claim?
Have the reward name, displayed amount, relevant time and any claim reference or message ready. This helps the team review the right record without asking you to repeat an uncertain claim.
Instant Rakeback and Level-up Rewards in 50% mode
You continue to earn Instant Rakeback and Level-up Rewards in 50% Rakeback Mode. Level-up progression runs at half the normal speed (½×): the same eligible play earns half the XP it would in normal Hubie Rewards mode. That means twice as much equivalent eligible play to make the same level-up progress. The cash award at a qualifying milestone stays unchanged.
Does 50% Rakeback Mode freeze pending rewards?
Switching to 50% Rakeback Mode does not freeze or cancel rewards you have already earned. Anything already available remains claimable. Pending rewards and accepted reload payments continue to become claimable on their existing schedules, under their original terms and claim windows. You do not need to switch back to claim them. New play in this mode simply does not add to those other rewards.
