Weekly & Monthly Bonuses

How Rakeback and Lossback settings shape your Weekly and Monthly Bonuses.

Two bonus periods, with a Rakeback/Lossback balance

Your Weekly Bonus and Monthly Bonus are separate periodic rewards. Their composition follows the applicable Rakeback ↔ Lossback slider settings.

The slider changes the balance between reward types. It does not move your rewards between weekly and monthly payments.

What do the two sides mean?

  • Rakeback: rewards linked to eligible play and the applicable theoretical house edge, rather than simply your losses.

  • Lossback: rewards linked to qualifying net losses for the relevant bonus period.

Moving towards one side gives that component more emphasis. The displayed split is not a promise to pay that percentage of your wagers or losses.

Check the setting for the relevant period

Open Rewards and review the Weekly or Monthly Bonus and its applicable settings. When changing a preference, follow the instructions shown and check the confirmation and the period it applies to. A changed setting should not be assumed to recalculate an earlier reward.

Do these bonuses use negative carry?

No. Weekly and Monthly Bonuses do not use negative carry. Instant Cashback has a separate rolling-net-loss calculation and carry rule.

Is the Weekly Bonus the same as VIP Reload?

No. VIP Reload is the separate Monday reload for eligible players. Once you claim it, you’ll have rewards to claim for at least four weeks from that claim. Your Weekly Bonus follows its own bonus period.

How do I check or claim my bonus?

On Rewards, check the bonus name, relevant period, amount and claim status, then follow the available claim instructions. Your reward mode and eligibility also matter. An estimate or a countdown reaching zero does not confirm a payment.

If something looks wrong, give Hubie or the team the bonus name, period and message shown so they can review the right record.

Does 50% Rakeback Mode freeze pending rewards?

Switching to 50% Rakeback Mode does not freeze or cancel rewards you have already earned. Anything already available remains claimable. Pending rewards and accepted reload payments continue to become claimable on their existing schedules, under their original terms and claim windows. You do not need to switch back to claim them. New play in this mode simply does not add to those other rewards.
