The Weekly Bonus is a periodic reward based on eligible casino and sports play and your weekly Rakeback/Lossback setting. It is separate from Monthly Bonus, Cashback, reload offers and weekly leaderboard prizes.

When is it available?
The weekly reward is generated every Thursday at 15:00 UTC. Check the period, amount and claim window shown on Rewards. The programme is available at every level, from Rookie, subject to eligible play and the applicable reward terms.
The countdown marks the period boundary. It does not by itself confirm that calculation is complete or money has been credited. A past claimable reward and the new amount accruing this week are separate records.
How does the weekly slider work?
Rakeback: allocation to the component based on eligible wagering and the game’s theoretical house edge. You do not need to finish the period at a loss for this component.
Lossback: allocation to the component based on the applicable qualifying net-loss calculation for the weekly period.
The split chooses the balance between the two components. It is not a percentage of your wagers or losses that you are promised back. For example, selecting 100% Lossback does not mean all of your losses will be refunded.
Open Rewards and find the Rewards Slider.
Select Weekly.
Choose your Rakeback/Lossback balance.
Select Save and check the confirmation for the next weekly cycle.
Monthly has its own setting. Changing Weekly does not change Monthly or move money between the bonuses. A saved change applies from the next weekly cycle; it does not recalculate an already locked cycle. See the Rewards Slider guide.
What counts?
The Weekly Bonus uses eligible casino and sports activity — sports bets count since 2 October 2026; earlier weeks were calculated from casino play only. Sports bets also earn XP and count on the leaderboards.
While Duel Mode is active, new play does not contribute to the Weekly Bonus. Previously earned rewards retain their existing release dates, claim conditions and expiry rules. See How Duel Mode Works.
How do I claim?
Open the weekly reward on Rewards, check the amount, currency and claim window, then claim when available. Check the recorded result before retrying a failed claim. If something looks wrong, give support the weekly period and the amount/status shown.
The Weekly Bonus is not the separate Weekly Reload or an individual VIP reload offer. Use the exact reward name when asking for help.
