Cashback: how it works and when to claim

Understand qualifying net losses, the rolling 24-hour claim cooldown, rate changes and why Duel Mode play is excluded.

Cashback is a reward based on qualifying net losses from eligible, settled gameplay. It is separate from Instant Rakeback and your Weekly and Monthly Bonuses.

Open Rewards to see your available Cashback, account rate and next claim time. A deposit, a wager or one losing bet is not automatically a qualifying net loss.

When can I claim?

Eligible Cashback is claimed manually. A successful credited claim starts a rolling 24-hour cooldown: for example, a credited claim at 16:00 makes the next claim available no earlier than 16:00 the following day, provided you have eligible Cashback available.

It does not reset at midnight. Checking Cashback when there is no amount to pay does not restart the cooldown. Use the next claim time and status shown on Rewards.

Example: a $100 qualifying loss at 5%

If a qualifying loss of $100 is eligible at 5%, the Cashback is $100 × 5% = $5. This example assumes no negative carry or other adjustment. Wagering $100 is not the same as losing a qualifying $100.

Why might my amount be different?

  • Earlier wins: if you are ahead in the qualifying Cashback calculation, that amount offsets later losses. This negative carry is not a debt or a deduction from your wallet.

  • Rates can differ: an earlier qualifying loss can retain the rate recorded for it. A higher rate shown today does not automatically reprice previous losses.

  • Rate overrides: a confirmed offer rate replaces the standard rate for the play it applies to; the two rates do not add together.

  • Eligibility: unsettled or excluded play does not count, and losses already covered by Cashback are not paid twice.

Duel Mode play does not earn Cashback

Wagers placed while Duel Mode is on are not eligible for Cashback, even if they lose. Switching Duel Mode off later does not make those wagers eligible. Previously earned Cashback keeps its recorded release dates, claim conditions and expiry rules. See How Duel Mode Works.

Cashback is separate from the Weekly and Monthly Bonuses

Weekly Bonus and Monthly Bonus each have their own Rakeback/Lossback setting. Their Lossback component is not this rolling Cashback programme, and they do not use Cashback's negative carry. Changing a weekly or monthly slider does not select your Cashback rate.

Claim or ask for a check

Review the amount, currency and claim status on Rewards, then claim when available. Check the confirmation and claim history before retrying an error. If you need help, give support the reward type, amount, currency, claim time and any error shown.
