The Monthly Bonus is a periodic reward based on eligible casino and sports play and your monthly Rakeback/Lossback setting. It is separate from Weekly Bonus, Cashback and monthly leaderboard prizes.

Which month does it cover?
The bonus covers one calendar month of play in UTC. It is generated at 00:00 UTC on the 1st of the following month. For example, the reward generated on 1 October relates to September play. Activity after September ends belongs to October's period.
The period ending does not itself confirm that an individual reward has been calculated or credited. Use the actual reward status, amount and claim window on Rewards.
Who can qualify?
The current programme is available at every level, from Rookie, subject to eligible play and applicable terms. Historical rewards keep the terms that applied to their play period.
For the August and September 2026 play periods, the Monthly Bonus was available from Gold 1 (100,000 XP). A lower level could therefore show 0.00 for those historical months. Today's eligibility does not recalculate an older period.
How does the monthly slider work?
Rakeback: allocation to the component based on eligible wagering and the game’s theoretical house edge. You do not need to finish the month at a loss for this component.
Lossback: allocation to the component based on the applicable qualifying net-loss calculation for the monthly period.
The slider is an allocation, not a promised refund percentage. Selecting 100% Lossback does not mean all losses are returned, and the bonus is not a fixed percentage of your deposits.
Open Rewards and find the Rewards Slider.
Select Monthly.
Choose your Rakeback/Lossback balance.
Select Save and check the confirmation for the next monthly cycle.
Weekly has its own setting. Changing Monthly does not change Weekly or move money between the two bonuses. A saved change applies from the next monthly cycle; it does not recalculate an already locked period. See the Rewards Slider guide.
What counts?
The Monthly Bonus uses eligible casino and sports activity — sports bets count since 2 October 2026; earlier periods were calculated from casino play only. The amount also depends on the applicable reward terms and account eligibility.
While Duel Mode is active, new play does not contribute to the Monthly Bonus. Previously earned rewards keep their release dates, claim conditions and expiry rules. See How Duel Mode Works.
How do I claim?
Check the month, amount, currency and claim window on Rewards, then claim when available. A claimable bonus and a completed wallet credit are different stages. Check the recorded result before retrying an error.
