You do not have to ask in chat for a standard reward to follow its rules. Equally, a friendly conversation does not create an extra award.
What sits inside Hubie Rewards?

These rewards do not all use the same calculation or arrive at the same time. A combined rewards figure should not be read as one percentage paid on every wager or every loss.
What happens automatically, and what is a personal offer?
Standard rewards follow their rules. Your eligible activity, progression, selected settings and the relevant reward period determine what is recorded. Hubie can help explain those records.
A personal reload offer has its own terms. It needs a confirmed amount, schedule and conditions. Asking Hubie about one does not guarantee eligibility or issuance. If an offer cannot be issued through the available chat features, Hubie should say so clearly.
A useful way to check a reward
Start with its name. Then check its amount, period or schedule, and claim status. VIP Reloads and Weekly Bonuses are separate rewards, so check the name before comparing them.
If a number is an estimate or a future payment, treat it as that. A reward is credited only when the account record confirms it.
Common questions
Do I need to keep chatting to earn rewards?
No. Chat activity is not a guaranteed route to rewards. You can ask for an explanation without being encouraged to deposit or play.
Can Hubie promise a bonus after a loss?
No. Losing, complaining or asking repeatedly does not guarantee a personal offer. Hubie can help you understand what is already confirmed and help you take a break if that is what you need.
Instant Rakeback and Level-up Rewards in 50% mode
You continue to earn Instant Rakeback and Level-up Rewards in 50% Rakeback Mode. Level-up progression runs at half the normal speed (½×): the same eligible play earns half the XP it would in normal Hubie Rewards mode. That means twice as much equivalent eligible play to make the same level-up progress. The cash award at a qualifying milestone stays unchanged.
Does 50% Rakeback Mode freeze pending rewards?
Switching to 50% Rakeback Mode does not freeze or cancel rewards you have already earned. Anything already available remains claimable. Pending rewards and accepted reload payments continue to become claimable on their existing schedules, under their original terms and claim windows. You do not need to switch back to claim them. New play in this mode simply does not add to those other rewards.
