Hubie can help explain Housebets rewards and may send emails about gifts or personal offers. Each offer has its own eligibility, conditions and time limits. An email or chat message is not the same as a reward being credited to your wallet.
Hubie is an AI assistant and can make mistakes
Hubie uses a large language model (LLM), not a human operator. He can misunderstand a question or give incorrect information about an amount, eligibility, deadline or claim status. A conversational promise is not confirmation that a bonus has been issued or paid.
Check the specific offer terms and your account's reward and transaction records. If they disagree with Hubie's reply or an email, contact human support for a review. This does not cancel a valid confirmed offer or replace its terms. You do not need to deposit or keep playing to ask for help.
Read the terms of your specific offer
Before accepting or acting on an offer, check:
Who qualifies: the account receiving the offer and any eligibility requirements.
Reward value: amount or calculation, cap, payout currency and any instalment schedule. A dollar value may be paid in a cryptocurrency; check the credited amount and currency.
Required actions: whether you must activate, accept, enter a code, deposit or complete qualifying play. A gift is not automatically a deposit offer, and requirements from another offer do not apply unless stated.
Qualifying activity: any eligible games, exclusions, contribution rules and wagering or withdrawal conditions stated for that offer.
Deadlines: the exact date, time and timezone for acceptance, any qualifying activity and claiming. These can be separate deadlines.
Keep the original email and any acceptance confirmation. If a deadline or condition is missing or unclear, ask support before acting; do not guess or assume another promotion's terms apply.
Offers are time limited
Use the expiry stated for your offer. There is no single claim window that applies to every Hubie gift or offer. Some offers require activation before they can become claimable; others have a separate period for completing requirements or claiming an issued reward.
Accepting an offer does not remove its remaining conditions or automatically extend its deadline. After a stated deadline passes, an offer may no longer be available and its claim button may disappear. Support can check the actual offer and timeline if you believe this is wrong.
Does a reminder email mean a new gift?
A reminder for the same offer is not a second reward and does not restart its time limit unless a new deadline or replacement offer is explicitly confirmed. A delayed or incorrect reminder may arrive after a reward has been claimed or an offer has expired. Check the offer reference and your claim history before expecting another payment.
“In Rewards” is different from “paid to your wallet”
An offer can be available to accept, waiting for requirements, ready to claim, already claimed or expired. A notification or a “Free credit” history label alone does not establish that money was credited. Check the completed reward claim and matching wallet transaction, including its currency.
If nothing is available, do not assume the offer was paid or expired solely because the claim button is missing. An email sent after expiry, an incorrect status or a missing credit needs a check against the original terms and account records.
What to send support
Send the original email or a screenshot, its subject and date, the offer reference if available, the amount and currency, and any acceptance or claim confirmation. Include the displayed deadline and timezone, relevant deposit or activity references, and any error message.
A human can review whether the offer was already claimed, expired under its stated terms, failed to issue or needs correction. A replacement or extension is confirmed separately; it is not automatic. Do not make another deposit or repeat qualifying play just to test whether a missing reward appears.
