A personal offer, with personal terms
A personal reload offer is a discretionary individual reward. It is separate from the recurring Monday VIP Reload and is available only when an offer is confirmed for your account.
Reaching a VIP level, starting a new week or asking in chat does not guarantee a personal offer. Another player’s offer does not establish the amount or schedule available to you.
Read your offer before claiming
Amount: the value confirmed for your offer.
Start date and duration: when the schedule begins and how long it runs.
Payment schedule: what becomes available at each stage and any stated changes.
Claim conditions: how to claim, any requirements and expiry.
How does this differ from VIP Reload?
The recurring VIP Reload is given on Mondays to eligible players and, once claimed, provides rewards to claim for at least four weeks from that claim.
A personal reload offer follows the schedule and conditions in that specific offer. Do not assume that the recurring reload’s timing or duration applies to it.
What if Hubie mentions a reload?
A conversation about a possible reward is not an issued offer. Look for the confirmed amount, schedule and conditions in your account. If Hubie cannot issue or check an offer through the available chat features, he should tell you.
If an offer has been discussed but you cannot see a confirmed award, ask for its status. You do not need to deposit or place a bet to ask for help.
If a payment looks wrong
Check which offer the payment belongs to, its current stage and the claim window. If its schedule includes a reduction, compare against that stage rather than the first payment.
Keep the offer reference or start date available when asking for a review. The confirmed offer is the source for your individual terms.
Does 50% Rakeback Mode freeze pending rewards?
Switching to 50% Rakeback Mode does not freeze or cancel rewards you have already earned. Anything already available remains claimable. Pending rewards and accepted reload payments continue to become claimable on their existing schedules, under their original terms and claim windows. You do not need to switch back to claim them. New play in this mode simply does not add to those other rewards.
