Rewards to claim for at least four weeks
Once you claim a VIP Reload, you’ll have rewards available to claim for at least four weeks from that claim.

Open your Rewards page to see what is available and follow the claim instructions shown for your account. Check the amount, schedule and claim status.
Is this the same as a Weekly Bonus?
No. The Weekly Bonus is a separate reward, with its own period and Rakeback/Lossback settings.
What about a personal reload offer?
A separately confirmed personal reload offer follows its own amount, schedule and conditions. Check which reward you are viewing before comparing its terms.
If you cannot find a claimed reload, ask Hubie or the team to help check its status.
Does 50% Rakeback Mode freeze pending rewards?
Switching to 50% Rakeback Mode does not freeze or cancel rewards you have already earned. Anything already available remains claimable. Pending rewards and accepted reload payments continue to become claimable on their existing schedules, under their original terms and claim windows. You do not need to switch back to claim them. New play in this mode simply does not add to those other rewards.
